If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused and unworn

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order confirmation

Because many of our pieces are made with care just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement or a refund.


Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different piece, simply place a new order and return the original item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll notify you right away.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your provider


Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
